Rina (Erin Lee)

Supply experience. UI/UX for Benefit Hub and the Dash internal operations system.
Mido (정초원)
Product Design intern
Game user-acquisition product. Building standalone UA flows end-to-end in code.
How We Hire
Two seniority tiers, with two profiles inside the senior tier. The shape that fits depends on where you are in your career and how you express the foundations.
Junior
Apprentice
Builds in code from day one. No mockup-and-handoff habits to unlearn — they did not grow up in that workflow. Develops judgment, accountability, articulation, and discovery in flight, supported by the harness and the senior team.
Experienced PD
We evaluate four skills only, and execution is none of them. Capacity to run discovery. Articulation precise enough for machines to act on. Judgment about what makes a design good. Accountability for the result. Execution is AI's job.
Generalist
Spans every layer from discovery to delivery. Picks up unfamiliar parts of the system and ships through them. Most valuable when the role stretches into PM or engineering territory and the work has to keep moving.
Specialist
Goes deep on one craft — visual identity, motion, brand systems, interaction patterns. Owns that surface across the org. In a world where anyone can produce good-enough output, the specialist is what makes the work feel unmistakably ours.
Want in?
We're building an AI-native design team. If you ship in code, think in systems, and care about craft, reach out.
