The AI-native Buzzvil design team. Discovery, delivery, harness.
Mission
what we do now
We design meaningful interactions that shape how people discover, experience, and stay connected with Buzzvil's campaigns and brand.
Our goal is to turn advertising into experiences people choose to explore—moments that capture attention, spark curiosity, and drive real results for advertisers.
Vision
what future we're building
We set the next standard for AdTech design by transforming ads and brand touchpoints into engaging, repeatable experiences that connect users and advertisers.
We envision a future where advertising feels natural, enjoyable, and seamlessly part of everyday life.
Execution cost collapsed.
Anthropic reports AI-assisted engineers finished 21% more tasks and opened 98% more PRs per person. The same force applies to design.
Mockup-and-handoff was already slow.
The gap between intent and implementation has always been friction. Now that execution is cheap, the handoff loop is the slowest part of the system.
Design's value shifts to discernment.
Judgment, articulation, accountability, discovery. These are the things AI cannot own. They are what we focus on.
Anyone on the team can ship UIs.
Designers, PMs, engineers — anyone can open a UI PR using the design harness and library. Every UI PR goes through Design Review. The unit of output is a merged PR, not a Figma file.
Discovery and Delivery are different modes.
Different tools, different artifacts, different success criteria. Confusing them costs speed.
The design system is for agents first.
Components are answers. Agents need to understand the questions. The system must be readable by machines.
Judgment over pixel-perfect output.
Execution fluency declined in value when AI took it over. Judgment, articulation, accountability remain irreplaceable.
| Principle | Alignment question | Description |
|---|---|---|
Articulation Be precise. | “Is the intent clear enough for a machine to execute it correctly?” | Making intent precise enough for machines to act on. Vague direction produces vague output. Specificity is a design skill. |
Discovery Validate first. | “Did we confirm this is worth building before going deep?” | Testing whether something's worth building before committing. Exploration is the part of design that cannot be automated. |
Judgment Decide well. | “Does this output answer the right problem in its context?” | Deciding what's worth building, and what isn't. The most valuable thing a designer does is decide where to focus. |
Accountability Own the outcome. | “Is the ownership for this user story clear?” | Someone still ships and stands behind it. Now that anyone on the team can open a UI PR, designer ownership matters more, not less. The person with design authority validates the release and owns it, even when the change came from a PM or engineer. |
